A concrete silo with a capacity of 20,000 tons is composed of 16 cells with a capacity of 1,000 to

1,300 tons each, depending on the hectoliter mass of the grain and 6 intermediate cells, each with a capacity of 300 tons.

The grain is loaded into the silage cells by means of redlers and elevators through two receiving shafts.

Metal bins, type LIPP system, 10 in number, each with a capacity of 3'000 tons, provide a total storage capacity of 30'000 tons.

The granary has two dryers: one for the concrete silo with a capacity of 20,000 tons, and the second: for the metal bins, LIPP system. The two dryers allow

acceptance of grain with moisture higher than permissible for the good and quality storage of the grain. During drying, the moisture content is reduced to the desired value.

Depending on the moisture content, each dryer has a drying capacity of 750 to 1,500 tons per 24 hours. Each dryer has a receiving shaft and a hopper with a capacity of 300 tons.
The dryers run on gas and both are suitable for drying any type of grain.
The two dryers are directly connected to the silage cages and metal bins respectively, and the grain can be loaded into the truck by gravity as well.

There are 8 sheds in the Grain Warehouse with a capacity of about 1,000 tons each.

The listed facilities are operationally located, which allows the provision of quality services. Grain can be received simultaneously from five receiving points. This saves time during the reception,
Continuous 24-hour temperature and moisture control of the grain during storage is ensured.
The base has two electronic scales.
The laboratory at the base is equipped with grain analysis equipment.
100% qualitative and quantitative control is carried out at the input and output of the grain.
Qualified personnel in the laboratory perform analyzes by express and classical methods of grain quality (moisture,
hectoliter, gluten, protein, falling number, fat content, etc.)

The company uses agricultural machinery and a loader to carry out grain storage.

To facilitate the delivery of grain to the base or port, the company has vehicles. The base is guarded around the clock.
